Maintaining Medium Stove Temperature 

Marinate the chicken and add it to a bowl with the buttermilk. Let it sit for an hour. Stir all the seasonings together and dip in the flour mix and stir again. Dip the pieces in the mixture and put them on a clean plate. Spray the chicken with oil and set the fryer to 176C and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. 

Serve: It with loaf of crusty bread

2. Balsamic Marinade

Ingredients

● Balsamic vinegar

● Olive oil

● Minced garlic

● Minced fresh rosemary and fresh thyme

● Dijon mustard

● Salt and freshly ground black pepper

● Chicken thighs

● Fresh parsley

Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Marinade the chicken for 2 to 8 hours. Afterward, cook them over the grill for 5 to 8 minutes per side at 400 degrees. You want an internal temperature of 165C. Serve warm

Serve: Have a good time with a yum-yum burger and French fries.
